With over 40 years of experience in RF, network design, service and project management specific within the Canadian healthcare field, Leo is responsible for the designing and delivering LOC Medical’s turnkey solutions to our partner hospitals. Leo has a strong understanding and knowledge of the existing market including the design and layout of the existing TV distribution systems for the majority of Canadian hospitals.

Before joining LOC, he spent 13 years supporting and implementing technology solutions across hospitality, healthcare and other service-driven properties. He specializes in complex network infrastructures that support the day-to-day experience of the guests and residents who rely on these environments. At LOC, François leverages his deep technical background to ensure seamless system integrations and exceptional client support.

Vincent Beaudet

Mr. Beaudet has been in patient/guest room technology and entertainment services for over 15 years. He oversaw the healthcare vertical at Videotron Business Solution (a major telecom provider in Eastern Canada), including responsibility to negotiate multiple cable distribution and patient management platform contracts.
Mr. Beaudet is also a former LG manager in charge of the Canadian healthcare and hospitality division. His past experience and ongoing relationship with LG Electronics Canada provides both LOC International and LOC Medical with a unique opportunity and working knowledge regarding the distribution and deployment of the LG hospitality and healthcare product lines.

Before joining LOC as a Managing Partner, he was National Sales Director at LG for the Healthcare and Hospitality group and was involved in LG’s first deployment of its latest bedside terminal solutions in Canada.

Mr. Tanguay is also a former partner at Hygie, a major Canadian player in preventing and controlling healthcare-associated infections. (representing over 600 hospitals). Mr. Tanguay has been in the Healthcare, hospitality and distribution for over 30 years.
